What does my ticket/wristband get me? For most events It gets you access into 10+ participating venues for FREE during their participating hours (typically $10-$20 cover charge each venue), drink discounts, drink vouchers, street party, partner give-aways and discount on products/swag, and the opportunity to enter on-site contests!

When and where do i pickup my wristband? Wristband pickup location and times vary. Please check the event page for more details.

Which venues are participating? Participating venues change each event, please check the details on the event page.

What's the difference between GA and VIP? When VIP is available; VIP let's you skip the line at most participating venues, access to VIP areas when available, and potential VIP swag at wristband pickup!

Can you buy tickets/wristbands the day of? Maybe, if we are not sold out yet! Tickets will not be sold on-site. We will have QR codes for you to scan and buy tickets online from your phone.

I bought tickets but can no longer attend, that are my options? Portland SantaCon does not offer refunds, per Santa's request. You are welcome to transfer tickets to a friend by logging into this site and transferring your tickets.

Is there a dress code? Yes! Please dress to the theme of the event!

How should i get there or get home? We recommend taking a Lyft! DO NOT DRIVE IF YOU HAVE BEEN DRINKING!!!

I need a place to stay, where should I stay? We recommend staying the Portland Hotel Vintage!

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund? Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable!
